What you’ll be doing:

• Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
• Managing compliance to processes while bringing passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service.
• Ensuring every customer gets the food they want, helping us be the first choice for food.
• People management, including performance management, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
• Assuming overall responsibility for store operations at times, providing direction and support to colleagues to deliver excellent service.

• Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to coach a team similarly.
• Ability to deliver KPIs and other performance metrics.
• Experience managing disciplinaries, performance issues, and employee relations.
• Leadership skills to manage operations independently in the absence of senior management.
