• Contribute to the efficient running of production.
• Operate equipment safely and manage shift handovers effectively.
• Prevent near misses and accidents while maintaining safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to minimize machine downtime.
• Accurately complete compliance documentation.
• Implement continuous improvements.

Based in Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LU

Starting Salary

• Days - £27,595 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance), increasing to £30,162 within 6 months, and £32,250 after one year
• Nights - £29,847 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance), increasing to £32,414 within 6 months, and £34,502 after one year

Hours of Work

• Days Alternating - 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday
• Nights - 22:00 - 06:00, Monday to Friday
