Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Development Technologist to help shape the future of food. You will contribute to the end-to-end product development process from concept through to launch, partnering with customer innovation teams, chefs, and commercial stakeholders.

You will manage development projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and support nutrition costings while staying abreast of market trends and consumer insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of new and existing products while ensuring they meet customer expectations, commercial objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in responding to customer briefs and driving innovative product solutions.
• Support internal and customer-facing innovation sessions.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and value creation.
• Help ensure all products meet customer codes of practice and legislation including allergens, sustainability, welfare and health requirements.
• Monitor project timelines and manage risks to prevent delays.
