About the Role

There's a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Trading Manager, you'll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You'll maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, with back of house areas running safely and smoothly. This role offers opportunities for career development in retail.

You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and sometimes late nights. Occasionally, you may be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing operations as a whole.

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. A friendly, proactive attitude, strong coaching, mentoring, and motivating skills are essential. You will be a role model, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
