About the Role

As a Farm Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and turnover of the farm shop department, including supplying great local and regional produce. You will be expected to merchandise and create displays to increase sales. You will also be leading a team of staff to help keep the day-to-day running of the department, and you will also be involved with suppliers and the buying side of the business.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a farm shop or food retail environment and be looking for a new challenge or a step up. You will have great retailing knowledge and an interest in passing this knowledge onto colleagues and customers. You will be confident in running a small team and can train, develop, and motivate the people around you.
