Select Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Farm Shop Retail Manager to lead a thriving Food Hall. The role focuses on team leadership, product displays, and delivering exceptional customer service in a specialist food environment.

Ideal candidates will drive sales, manage stock and supplier relations, and uphold food hygiene and retail standards. Experience in farm shop or deli settings is preferred; driving may be required in this location.

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum | 42 hours per week | Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Farm Shop Retail Manager to take the lead in a thriving Food Hall packed with quality produce, artisan cheeses, locally sourced meats, freshly baked goods and fantastic products from across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail manager who loves great food, enjoys leading a team and knows how to turn a brilliant product range into a brilliant shopping experience.
