THE ROLE :

We are looking for truly passionate, experienced, and outstanding Food & Beverage experts to join Crystalbrook Collection in our award-winning venues here in the Cairns CBD. We are proud to offer exceptional food and beverage experiences to all our guests and welcome applications from individuals with experience in mixology and high-end bar service.

All positions report to the Food and Beverage Manager, working in collaboration with a well-established and dynamic food and beverage team.

ABOUT YOU :

As a Cocktail Curator, you will collaborate with our guests by :

• Demonstrating experience in cocktail, champagne, and wine service
• Having an absolute passion for your craft
• Maintaining a high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
• Anticipating and responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
• Exhibiting natural energy with a fun and positive attitude
• Engaging with our guests to enhance their experience and leave them with lasting memories

For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6-month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high-end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
