The Role

We are seeking a Process Technologist to lead the scale-up of products from kitchen handover through to factory launch, ensuring they meet food safety, technical standards, and agreed commercial targets.

You will manage all stages of the critical path across multiple projects and accounts, working closely with the development team to ensure new products are production-ready.

Responsibilities include organising and delivering process trials, validating shelf-life, nutritional data, pack weights, and sensory performance, while supporting technical documentation and factory training.

You'll also deputise for the Senior Process Technologist and play a key role in customer launches, continuous improvement, and cost optimisation.

You will need food manufacturing experience, a related degree would be handy too!
