The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills, knowledge of health and safety legislation, and the ability to manage records and risk assessments while developing relationships across the school

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tailored pupil support to improve learning.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relevant to schools.
• Ability to keep accurate work records and carry out risk assessments.

• Provide tailored support to pupils to enable an outstanding learning environment.
• Support learning and teaching and build positive relationships across the school and Star community.
• Direct the work of a small support team and collaborate with staff.
