A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd is hiring a SPAR Buckley Customer Team Member to support the store team and deliver a positive customer experience.

You will assist in daily tasks, handling stock, pricing and promotions while ensuring a clean, welcoming sales floor and efficient till transactions. The role emphasizes excellent service, attention to detail, and teamwork in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Reliable with good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Able to contribute ideas for excellent customer service and business improvement.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Answer questions about products and services and help customers find items.
• Process transactions accurately at the tills and maintain a positive service.
