A leading company specializing in boutique accommodation in Central London is seeking an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager for their food and beverage department. The role involves overseeing operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and training staff to enhance customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in hospitality management within large budget hotels or hostels.

They are seeking an experienced Manager/Assistant Manager who is accustomed to the Food and Beverages side of hospitality and has worked in a large budget hotel or hostel previously.
Your role will be to direct the administration and planning of the food & beverage department and be responsible for the overall running of the department to meet the daily needs of this large and very busy Central London operation.
Duties:
We are looking for someone who has led a hospitality team within an accommodation setting for at least 2-3 years, either as an Assistant Manager or Manager.
