What You’ll Bring to the Table

• You're 18+ (licensing laws)
• A natural communicator – confident, friendly, and approachable
• Decision-maker with a can-do attitude
• Well-organised and calm under pressure
• Some food, wine & beer knowledge (or a passion to learn!)

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and welcoming service to every guest
• Take food & drink orders, process payments, and serve with a smile
• Serve up hot & cold drinks (including great pints and cocktails!)
• Keep our restaurant looking sharp and spotless
• Support your managers with daily tasks
• Be part of creating memorable guest experiences
• Balance fast service with top-notch quality
• Get involved in ongoing training and learn new skills
• Bring positive energy and team spirit every day

No Experience? No Problem.

We hire personality over CVs. If you’re full of energy, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us, we’ll teach you everything else. Previous restaurant or bar experience is a bonus, but not essential.
