Main responsibilities:

• Serving guests in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Meetings & Events.
• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Ensuring cleanliness of work areas.
• Following departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Complying with legislative and safety regulations.
• Remaining polite and courteous at all times.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Flexibility to work shifts - mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience.
• Experience with cash handling.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
