About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a crucial role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Team Leaders oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and cafes across the terminal. Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities would include:

1. Oversee, manage, and develop a team of F&B assistants.
2. Manage team rotas, including shift and duties allocation.
3. Control stock, including ordering, rotation, and waste management.
4. Handle stock deliveries and storage.
5. Serve customers at tables and till points.
6. Prepare hot and cold beverages.
7. Prepare hot food items and deliver to customer tables.
8. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
9. Collaborate with team and other departments to deliver excellent passenger service.
10. Embody the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and support business needs as required.
11. Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the airport operates 24/7.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
