A well-known visitor attraction in Cheddar is seeking a team leader to coordinate daily operations and maintain high standards in customer service. The ideal candidate will promote products engagingly, lead a team, and ensure hygiene standards are met. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be working as part of the frontline rota. You will coordinate daily operations, maintain high standards in customer service, merchandising, and promotional execution, and identify opportunities to drive sales. Your leadership will help create a positive and productive working environment, ensuring the café operates in line with company procedures while delivering an excellent visitor experience.

What will I receive in return?
Your contract
This is a permanent 35 hour contract, working 5 days out of 7 with working hours to vary over a 7 day rota basis, including weekends, evening and bank holidays as required. The earliest start time is 8am, and the latest finish time is 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times.
