Job summary

JCB Golf & Country Club is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the F&B Management team in daily operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner services, including room service. You will lead a developing team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to service, stock, and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire a developing team.
• Strong customer service focus with guest experience in mind.
• Experience with stock security and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with COSHH and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service and presentation.
• Lead and mentor team members; drive induction and training.
• Assist F&B Manager with supervising daily restaurant/kitchen operations.
• Ensure stock security, cash handling and safety procedures.
• Open and close restaurant and bar; maintain safe working conditions.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability.
• Adhere to COSHH and chemical safety guidelines.
