David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a team across indoor and outdoor dining spaces. You will oversee events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights while ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food for our members.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong collaboration and organizational skills, ready to thrive in a premium health and wellness club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large service delivery facilities (e.g. restaurant, leisure), with a track record of delivering quality food and service.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead a team and coordinate events.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to work in a dynamic club environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor F&B operation, including events and activities such as summer BBQs and quiz nights.
• Ensure high standards of quality, service, and consistency across all food and beverage offerings.
