Overview

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor you will help to support the day to day running of the Hotel dining areas, providing high quality food and beverage experiences to all our guests. You will contribute to the monthly sales performance and service standards by collaborating with leading and training the waiting team.

  • Support the day-to-day running of the hotel dining areas and ensure high standards of food and beverage service.
  • Contribute to monthly sales performance and service standards.
  • Collaborate with the waiting team to lead, train and develop staff while maintaining a motivated team environment.
Qualifications / Experience
  • You have restaurant and bar experience and a service orientated approach with a passion for high standards and delivering memorable experiences.
