YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:


Promote the desired work culture around our company values.
Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Develop standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity/profit
Communicate to superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
Deliver daily briefings and attend other food and beverage meetings as scheduled
Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar
Carry out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role
Comply with hotel rules, regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
