Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team, you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have received proper training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality, service-oriented operation.
A good knowledge of wines and spirits.
Excellent team motivator and team builder.
