A local hospitality firm is seeking a Food & Beverage Services Manager to oversee operations and deliver exceptional guest service. Job Description

Our client, a renowned local, professional name within their line of business is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee their food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional service and enhancing guest experiences.

  • Lead and manage the management team to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Coordinate and take responsibility in producing the rota to cover all of the necessary shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Develop and implement service standards, training programmes, and team motivation strategies including carrying out reviews.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue management.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with guests, suppliers, and internal departments to optimise service quality.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, functions, and promotions.

Working 5 days out of 7, 7am - 3pm/3pm - 11pm.
