The Role:
- Supports their team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Working areas may vary, e.g., Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast, Room Service, and/or Conference and Events
- Acts as the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
- Welcomes guests politely and friendly, demonstrating great customer service
- Maintains a visible presence within your working area
- Responds promptly and effectively to all customer requests and queries
- Learn from complaints to enhance future customer service
- Deals with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Has good knowledge of hotel and hotel products
