Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for premium hospitality? An award-winning hotel—renowned for its elegant heritage and contemporary flair—is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to take the reins of its thriving F&B division.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within one of Northern Ireland’s most celebrated hospitality destinations. You’ll oversee the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences across restaurant and bar, championing excellence in service, innovation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the F&B team to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, performance, and innovation
  • Oversee multiple outlets including fine dining, bars, and event catering
  • Ensure cost control and profitability through effective supplier partnerships
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Events Team to deliver memorable culinary and private dining experiences
  • Maintain full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
About You
  • Senior F&B management experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel or premium venue
  • A strong operational leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality service while managing budgets and KPIs
  • Commercially savvy—comfortable with forecasting, reporting, and driving revenue
  • Familiarity with systems like HOTSoft or Volante (desirable)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current food trends and luxury service expectations
