Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,509 per annum
Provisional interview date: Tuesday 27th May 2025

As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll lead and support your team at one of the National Trust’s busy visitor attractions. This involves handling things behind the scenes, from administration to developing people and everything in between. You’ll be championing outstanding customer service and keeping presentation standards high to ensure visitors have an enjoyable day.
You’ll be responsible for leading and running our café daily, so the team can focus on providing excellent service. It’s a lively environment, and we want to ensure visitors always receive the best experience.
You’ll help build a positive work environment for your team by recruiting, training, and encouraging high achievement through setting objectives and reviewing performance. You may also support the wider property team occasionally.
You’ll collaborate with the Area Manager to set and meet financial targets, increasing profitability and overseeing results, making improvements based on feedback from visitors and staff.
We’ll provide you with an induction tailored to the role, training in allergens and food safety, and mentoring as needed. Further professional development opportunities are available.
