Job description

As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar, leading the F&B team to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability. The role involves managing food and beverage costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory. You will provide guidance and support to the team to help them achieve their potential and meet departmental objectives. Additionally, you will ensure the outlets operate efficiently, maintain high-quality service, and that the work environment is safe and pleasant. Your responsibilities include daily financial tasks, stock management, and end-of-month reporting. You may also be required to cover duty manager shifts as needed.

Minimum requirements include:
