Job summary

Radisson Blu Durham is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B team and elevate dining experiences. You will oversee front and back of house operations, ensure service standards, and work closely with stakeholders to meet hotel targets.

The role requires proven F&B leadership, cost control, and a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You will drive profitability, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, and uphold the Radisson Hotel Group's service ethos.
