The Role

As a Food and Beverage Host at The Court, you will deliver exceptional service in an elegant setting. Your responsibilities include:

• Taking and delivering food and drinks orders with high customer service standards
• Supporting all Food and Beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events
• Managing and communicating bookings effectively
• Using the booking system proficiently
• Calling guests pre-arrival and communicating specific requirements
• Liaising with guests for private events
• Welcoming guests politely and professionally
• Upselling based on departmental incentives
• Carrying out cleaning duties as assigned
• Working 5 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays
