As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them warmly and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to ensure smooth and efficient shifts, delivering the best guest experience possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders professionally and friendly
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food and beverages
• Upsell menu items to guests
• Handle payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
• Set up and clear tables for all meals
• Serve guests in conference and event areas
• Assist with room service as needed
• Provide excellent customer service consistently
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Attend training and team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
