About the Opportunity

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager (F&B Duty Manager) is responsible and accountable for managing effectively both restaurants, conference and events operations, in room dining, lounge, bars. This includes day to day function of all the outlets, conference and events and leadership to ensure high level of service to patrons is maintained as well as guide the future direction of the business to generate increased opportunities for the outlet.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager is ideal
  • Industry knowledge of wines and beverages
  • Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture
  • Conference and Events background is desired
  • A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Full working rights in Australia
