Job Description:

Overview: A Casual Food and Beverage Assistant is responsible for working across all Food and Beverage areas to deliver an excellent guest and member experience while achieving departmental targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work in all Food and Beverage areas including Bar and Restaurant
• Welcome guests politely and friendly
• Take and deliver customer orders with high service standards
• Prepare table and room setups
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Manage guest queries efficiently
• Up-sell using departmental incentives
• Ensure brand standards are met
• Strive to meet departmental targets
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Comply with security, fire, health and safety regulations
• Follow local licensing laws
• Be environmentally conscious
• Assist other departments as needed and foster good working relationships
