A day in the life of…

As a Food & Beverage Assistant in our busy restaurant, you will ensure guests have a positive, first-class dining experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation. You will work flexibly to support the wider team.

Located within the Manchester International Airport complex, close to all three terminals, our dual-site property features 542 bedrooms and two busy restaurants: a branded lobby menu and an independent Turkish restaurant serving fresh food, averaging 250-350 covers daily.

Please note that due to licensing legislation, applicants must be 18 or above. The role may require working late evenings and weekends.

What do we need from you?

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards (experience not essential)
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in guest interactions
• Ability to work well in a team, supporting colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in bar or hospitality environments and knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation would be advantageous
