Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will help deliver guest experiences through polite service and efficient beverage and dining support.

This is an occasional worker contract with an hourly rate of £12.71. The role covers evenings, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to learn new skills and access rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
