Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Cardiff is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our busy hotel restaurant and bar team. You’ll be the face of the hotel, delivering warm, welcoming service and helping create a memorable guest experience.

You will work as part of a vibrant team, providing top-notch service, handling guest requests, and supporting daily dining operations. Full training and ongoing development opportunities are provided to help you progress.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and good rapport with guests.
