• Previous experience is essential.

Food & Beverage Assistant

You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. We are looking for someone to work mainly in our breakfast area.

Your Job:

• Greet regular guests by name and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Have a good knowledge of food and wine; be able to make recommendations.
• Maintain friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
• Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
• Keep the bar and restaurant clean.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Micros systems is preferable.
• Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
