Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. You will train through our Dalata Academy and have opportunities for growth within a welcoming team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will greet guests by name, suggest wines and dishes, upsell where appropriate, and maintain bar/restaurant cleanliness. English fluency and hotel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Evening shift availability post 11pm finishes.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.

Food & Beverage Assistant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
