We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Truly Talented team.

What we offer

  • £13.85 per hour plus tips & service charge
  • Permanent - 35 hours per week

Duties include:

  • Provide a warm welcome, take orders, deliver food and drinks and payments from tables within your section.
  • Ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to guests.
  • Setting up and clearing down of the restaurant or bar area ready for the next service.
  • Build positive relationships between the kitchen and the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of the F&B outlets at the hotel.
  • Deliver room service to our guests throughout the property.
  • Follow all guidance on COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, including allergens and Natasha's Law and any incidents are reported.

  • Enthusiastic, approachable, and friendly character
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and delicious food and drinks.
  • Previous experience within a hotel bar environment - preferred
  • Willingness to learn new skills.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
