Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Food & Beverage Assistant to help deliver warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents, families and visitors within our care homes.

You will work with hospitality and kitchen teams to prepare dining areas, serve meals and support daily food and beverage services, while maintaining a friendly and professional approach in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering or customer service environments.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services within the home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bank Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families and visitors. From serving meals and refreshments to ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable and inviting, you'll help make every mealtime a positive experience.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Whether you're preparing dining areas, serving residents or assisting with kitchen duties, your friendly approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the high standards we're known for.
