About the role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a vital role in providing passengers with a positive journey. F&B Assistants work across lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Your daily tasks will include:

• Serving customers at tables and tills
• Preparing hot and cold beverages
• Preparing hot food items and delivering to tables
• Stock rotation and replenishment
• Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables
• Supporting stock deliveries
• Collaborating with team members and other departments
• Embodying the 'One Team' culture and supporting business needs
• Working flexible shifts during 24/7 operation, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We seek candidates who can:

• Work independently and as part of a team
• Have experience in customer service
• Possess knowledge of Food Safety
