About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a key role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Here’s what you will typically do:

1. Serve customers at their tables and at till points.
2. Prepare hot and cold beverages.
3. Prepare hot food items and deliver them to customers’ tables.
4. Manage stock rotation and replenishment.
5. Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
6. Support with stock deliveries.
7. Work with your team and colleagues from other departments to deliver exemplary service.
8. Embody the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and support business needs, which may include undertaking other activities.
9. Work shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the Airport operates 24/7.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise
