The Role

Working in our 2 Rosette Hotel Restaurant, you will serve food and beverages to residents, conference and event guests, as well as local visitors. Service includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, 7 days a week, requiring flexible shift patterns across 5 days, including weekends. Duties include:

• Preparing the restaurant for service
• Greeting guests
• Serving food and beverages, including alcohol
• Resolving service issues
• Presenting bills and processing payments
• Resetting the restaurant after service
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area

Requirements

• Own transportation due to the hotel's semi-rural location
• Smart appearance
• Passion for guest service and experience in a quality food service hotel/restaurant
• Ability to work flexible shifts, 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, with shifts from 6.30am to 2.00pm, 7.00am to 2.30pm, and 3.30pm to 11.00pm
