About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a key role in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Curious about your day-to-day tasks? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

1. Serving customers at their tables and at till points.
2. Preparing hot and cold beverages.
3. Preparing hot food items and delivering them to customer tables.
4. Managing stock rotation and replenishment.
5. Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
6. Supporting with stock deliveries.
7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver exemplary service.
8. Embodying the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and undertaking additional activities as needed.
9. Working flexible shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
