About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a key role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Curious about what your day-to-day duties would be? Here’s a snapshot:

1. Serve customers at their tables and at the till point.
2. Prepare hot and cold beverages.
3. Prepare hot food items and deliver them to customers’ tables.
4. Manage stock rotation and replenishment.
5. Ensure the cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
6. Support with stock deliveries.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver exemplary service.
8. Embody the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and undertake other activities as needed.
9. Work flexible shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

What skills and experience are needed? We can teach everything else. If you can answer 'yes' to all of the following, you have the required skills:

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Experience in customer service.
4. Knowledge of Food Safety.
