Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to create a warm and enjoyable dining experience for residents, their families and visitors. You will support serving meals, keeping dining areas clean, and assisting with kitchen duties to uphold high standards across the home.

The role emphasizes a friendly, professional approach, strong communication and teamwork, and a commitment to food hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

About The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families and visitors. From serving meals and refreshments to ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable and inviting, you'll help make every mealtime a positive experience.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Whether you're preparing dining areas, serving residents or assisting with kitchen duties, your friendly approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the high standards we're known for.

About You

To join us as a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll need:
