Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors at their homes.

You will work with hospitality and kitchen teams to deliver meals and refreshments, maintain clean dining areas and support day-to-day food and beverage services in the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families and visitors. From serving meals and refreshments to ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable and inviting, you'll help make every mealtime a positive experience.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Whether you're preparing dining areas, serving residents or assisting with kitchen duties, your friendly approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the high standards we're known for.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll need:
