Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team in Twickenham. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks, handling payments while upholding our brand standards.

You will contribute to a positive dining experience and support guests with attentive service. You will maintain a clean dining area, restock supplies, assist with food preparation as needed, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage is not essential, but passion for guest experience is key.
• Strong communication skills and professional manners.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep dining area clean and organized.

A day in the life of...

As Food and Beverage Assistant you'll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You'll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential for this role and you'll always work with Aimbridge's four pillars of Food and Beverage in mind: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

What do we need from you?

• Food and Beverage experience isn't essential for this role, but to be successful, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards
• You’ll have strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• An ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent service to guest, being agile in your ability to support colleagues across the hotel
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
