Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated hospitality colleague to help elevate the guest experience at our Sheffield location. You will engage actively with guests and colleagues, uphold safety standards, and demonstrate familiarity with our brand and services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to elevate guest experience.
• Operate safely and report hazards, accidents, or damages promptly to management.
• Demonstrate familiarity with Leonardo Hotels products and brand.
• Engage in continuous learning and upskill to maintain service excellence.
• Use all relevant systems accurately to complete tasks on time.
• Adhere to policies, code of conduct, procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Pursue training opportunities and speak with line manager about courses.
• Deliver memorable moments to guests with a proactive approach.
• Adapt to changes in service environments and priorities.
• Support the Leonardo Hotels Guest Care culture and act on own initiative.
• Be a friendly team player who communicates effectively and welcomes feedback.
• Engage in hotel initiatives to support the local community.

Job description

• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience consistently
• Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management
• Demonstrate proficiency in the Leonardo Hotels product and familiarity with the organisation
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to maintain service excellence
• Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times - including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor, NOTE: The learning opportunities listed above are correct at the time of issue and are subject to change. You must speak with your line manager if you are interested in pursuing any training courses or programmes.
