Job summary

Locke London City is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver warm, seamless service across our restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining outlets. You will know the menu, take orders, and contribute to memorable guest moments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, proactive attitude, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Weekend and holiday availability is often needed. Training on brand standards and safety will be provided.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Assistant to join our on-property hotel team. This role involves delivering high-quality service across our restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining outlets while ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.

YOUR PROVEN TRACK

• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus, but not essential
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, bar, or customer-facing role is an advantage
• A flexible approach, including weekends and public holidays
• A great attitude and willingness to learn – we’ll teach you the rest
• Food safety certification and cash handling/POS experience are a bonus
