Job summary

ABode Chester, part of Andrew Brownsword Hotels, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with front of house and back of house to ensure guests have a wonderful time and memorable experiences.

We welcome applications from candidates with no experience as personality and attitude are the focus, and we provide full training. We offer a monthly service charge sharing, a comprehensive perk package, flexible rotas, and opportunities to progress within our hotel

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; personality and attitude are valued and training will be provided.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and rotas to support busy service times.
• Strong desire to deliver memorable guest experiences and work well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations to enhance dining experiences.
• Collaborate closely with front of house and back of house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for all guests.
• Support other departments as needed to maintain high standards and efficiency.
