Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Assistant in Bath. You will help create a warm dining experience by serving meals, maintaining dining areas, and supporting kitchen tasks.

This role involves 3 days per week, 4 hours per day, including alternating weekends, and requires a friendly, professional approach and good team work. You will work with hospitality and kitchen teams to deliver high standards of service, ensuring residents and visitors enjoy mealtimes in a

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food & Beverage Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our residents, families and visitors. From serving meals and refreshments to ensuring dining areas are clean, comfortable and inviting, you'll help make every mealtime a positive experience.

Working closely with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of food and beverage services throughout the home. Whether you're preparing dining areas, serving residents or assisting with kitchen duties, your friendly approach and attention to detail will help us deliver the high standards we're known for.

This is a part time role 3 days per week, 4 hours per day which incudes working every other weekend.

ABOUT YOU

To join us as a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll need:

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment
• A friendly, caring and professional approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
