Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is looking for friendly, energetic Waiting Staff to deliver exceptional service across our restaurants, bars and venues.

As part of our Waiting Staff team, you’ll be a key player in delivering warm, welcoming and professional service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and helping guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

We offer training across our 65 parks, 50% staff discount for you, and an employee assistance programme to support wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (desirable but not essential).
• The ability to work well under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
• Clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders accurately and processing payments using tills.
• Serving food and drinks promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Preparing, clearing, and cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting venue.
• Engaging with guests and providing information on menus, specials, and promotions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of menus, allergens, and daily offers.
• Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What you will be doing...

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service (desirable but not essential).
